Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our cooking classes are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a class, you always have the possibility to transfer your seat to someone else.
If you would like to reschedule a class, we require a 5-day advance notice to reschedule, and a $25 rebooking fee per ticket will apply.
You will be emailed an electronic gift card in the amount equal to the value paid for the class reduced by the $25 rebooking fee per ticket.
If you cancel a class with less than 5 days’ notice - for any reason including sickness, or emergency of any kind - you only have the option to transfer your seats to someone else.
